Welcome to Gloalo! These Terms of Use (“Agreement”) govern your access to and use of our travel eSIM services. By using Gloalo, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. General Terms

1.1. Gloalo provides travel eSIM services for mobile connectivity.

1.2. These Terms apply to all users of the website and mobile application.

1.3. We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Account And Usage Terms

2.1. You must be at least 18 years old to use Gloalo services.

2.2. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and payment information.

2.3. Providing false or misleading information may result in the termination of the service.

3. eSIM Purchase And Usage

3.1. eSIMs purchased from Gloalo are for personal use only and may not be resold without prior authorization.

3.2. The user must ensure that their device supports eSIM technology before purchasing.

3.3. The validity period of the eSIM begins upon activation.

3.4. Service availability depends on local mobile operators. Gloalo does not guarantee coverage in all locations.

4. Payment Policy

4.1. All payments must be completed before the eSIM is delivered.

4.2. Payments are processed through secure third-party payment systems.

4.3. Prices and availability are subject to change without prior notice.

5. Refund Policy

5.1. Gloalo eSIMs are non-refundable after activation, except where required by law.

5.2. A refund may be issued under the following conditions:

  • The eSIM has not been activated.
  • The device is proven to be incompatible, and the user contacts support within 7 days of purchase.
  • The eSIM could not be delivered or activated due to an error on Gloalo’s side.

5.3. To request a refund, please send an email to [support@gloalo.com] providing:

  • Order number
  • Device model
  • Description of the issue

5.4. Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and processing may take up to 10 business days.

5.5. Gloalo reserves the right to refuse refund requests in cases of suspected service misuse.

6. User Responsibilities

6.1. Users must comply with all applicable local laws when using eSIM services.

6.2. eSIMs must not be used for fraudulent or illegal purposes.

6.3. Gloalo reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts in cases of misuse.

7. Limitation Of Liability

7.1. Gloalo shall not be held liable for:

  • Failures caused by mobile operators.
  • Interruptions caused by natural disasters or other force majeure events.
  • Additional charges resulting from incorrect eSIM installation.

7.2. Users are fully responsible for ensuring the lawful use of the eSIM in their country.

8. Privacy Policy

8.1. Gloalo collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

8.2. User data is not shared with third parties without user consent, except where required by law.
